The hotel location near the train station was useful. I had a Premium Double or Twin Room and it was spacious. The breakfast included a wide variety of options. The hotel also offered accessible transportation options to key city attractions, very convenient.
The room faced a busy street so there was some outside noise at night.

the staff was always ready to help with any questions i had. the hotel had complimentary sweets and water in the reception area. my room was large and renovated. the hotel location is perfect, right across from central station.

My first room felt bizarre. i walked in and immediately faced six carpeted steps leading down into the roomwith low ceilings. I was worried i would hit my head. the heavy spring action door closed on me, pushing my suitcase down the stairs and almost knocking me over. although the staff was very helpful in moving me, the next room was still very hot.

the breakfast had many choices and tasted fresh. the room included a nespresso machine with a plentiful supply of coffee pods. i found the staff very responsive when i requested extra towels. the room was renovated, so everything looked new and modern.
the minibar pricing seemed high.

The location proved excellent. It was a short walk from the central station, with easy access. the staff was friendly. i got many useful tips on nearby dining spots. the breakfast had a good selection.
the air conditioning did not work effectively . it was cold at night. the reception gave me an electric heater, which seemed inappropriate for a hotel of this standing.
